Shipping policy

At Evoforge, we treat logistics with the same unyielding precision as our CNC machining. Moving heavy industrial equipment requires exact coordination. Please review our Shipping Policy so you know exactly what to expect when your factory-direct order leaves our floor.

Order Processing

  • Every order is carefully reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days following your payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your equipment is palletized and dispatched from our Meerut facility, you will receive a notification with your freight details.
  • Dispatching heavy iron requires strict logistical planning. During peak fulfillment periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping is entirely included in your order. We do not add hidden freight charges or secondary shipping fees at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery timelines by location:
  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 5-8 business days
  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days
  • Please note: While we utilize top-tier domestic LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to heavy freight logistics or route factors beyond our control may occur.

Order Tracking

  • The moment your order leaves our loading docks, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and freight carrier details. You can track your shipment's journey directly to your facility.

Payment Policy & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Due to the heavy freight nature of our equipment and our factory-direct model, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All B2B and direct-to-consumer orders must be 100% prepaid via our secured payment gateways or direct UPI prior to manufacturing and dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. * Given the extreme weight and high freight costs associated with industrial strength equipment, Evoforge does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed. Please ensure you have verified all product specifications, metallurgy, and facility requirements prior to placing your order.

Damaged Shipments

  • Your order is strapped and packaged with absolute care for heavy transit. In the rare event that your shipment arrives visibly damaged by the freight carrier, we request you note the damage with the delivery driver immediately.
  • Reach out to us within 24 hours at mkpumpsindustries@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

Incorrect Address & Freight Rerouting

  • We strictly request you review your shipping details thoroughly before confirming your order. Rerouting heavy freight shipments mid-transit is highly complex and costly.
  • Evoforge cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Any re-delivery or freight rerouting necessitated by address errors will be subject to significant additional logistical charges billed directly to the customer.

International Shipping

  • Evoforge currently ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international freight services at this time.
