Refund policy

Effective Date: June 2026 | Applies to purchases made at Evoforge This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian trade regulations. By placing an order for Evoforge equipment, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS: ALL SALES FINAL

Evoforge manufactures and ships heavy industrial strength equipment. Due to the extreme weight, factory-direct pricing model, and high logistical costs associated with heavy LTL freight, we operate under a strict No Refund policy.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or reverse freight for buyer's remorse, facility dimension miscalculations, or incorrect ordering. Please verify your facility dimensions, barbell grip diameters, and exact weight requirements before purchasing.
  • Final Transaction: All B2B and D2C transactions are strictly non-refundable. Upon dispatch from the MK Pumps Industries facility, the buyer assumes full ownership. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason once an order is placed. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that this transaction is final.

2. Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellations

Because we process and palletize orders quickly to ensure rapid dispatch:

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been processed and dispatched from our factory floor.
  • Once an order is marked as dispatched or handed over to our freight partners, cancellation is strictly prohibited.
  • To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, you must immediately contact us at mkpumpsindustries@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9058546807 with your Order ID. Valid pre-dispatch cancellations will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

3. Transit Damage (Factory Replacements Only)

We strap and package our steel to survive heavy transport. However, if your equipment is visibly damaged by the freight carrier during transit, you must follow this strict protocol to receive a replacement:

  1. Note the Damage Upon Delivery: You must inspect the pallet/package before signing the carrier's Proof of Delivery (POD) or LTL freight bill. If there is visible damage, write "DAMAGED" on the driver's paperwork before signing.
  2. Do Not Discard Packaging: Keep all original packaging, crates, and straps.
  3. Report Within 24 Hours: Email mkpumpsindustries@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your Order ID, a description of the damage, and clear photographs/video of both the damaged equipment and the damaged outer packaging.
  4. Resolution: You will be required to ship the damaged equipment back to our Meerut manufacturing facility for physical inspection. Only upon official factory approval of the transit damage will Evoforge dispatch the new replacement equipment to your facility. We do not issue financial refunds for transit damage; resolution is strictly limited to factory replacements. Failure to report damage within 24 hours or failure to note it on the delivery receipt immediately voids any replacement claim.

4. Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Items

We stand by our multi-axis CNC machining and weight calibration. If you receive a barbell with a severe structural manufacturing defect (e.g., seized bearings straight out of the box) or if we shipped the incorrect item, resolution requires a physical engineering inspection:

  • Report the Issue: Email mkpumpsindustries@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photo/video evidence of the defect.
  • Return to Factory: You will be required to ship the defective or incorrect equipment back to our Meerut manufacturing facility for inspection.
  • Factory Approval & Replacement: Upon receipt, our engineering team will physically inspect the equipment. Only upon official factory approval of the manufacturing defect will we dispatch the correct replacement equipment to your facility.
  • Strictly No Refunds: Resolution is strictly limited to equipment replacement. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy, equipment purchases, or freight logistics shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
